We will ensure that we have procedures in place to control quality and minimise operational
errors. Should however we make a genuine mistake we will aim to put the situation right
immediately.

whom we work.
We recognise the immense importance of treating all employees, clients, suppliers and other
business contacts ethically.
We will treat our staff reasonably and with respect at all times. Staff development, training
and job satisfaction are key features of our business methodology.
We will comply with will all health and safety requirements and applicable legislation, where
we are aware action is required to achieve compliance.
We will work closely with suppliers and endeavour to pay invoices due as soon as possible,
but always within 30 days of receipt.
We support local and national business initiatives to improve the strategy, efficiency and risk
management of small and medium size enterprises (SMEs).
We support the work of the Vitiligo Society through the provision of management time and
